Open Stage @ Suntec
The organizers of the 8th Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival has created an open stage performance opportunity during the event. It would be held daily from 30th July to 1st August 2010 at the competition venue. Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre (SICEC) is nestled in the busy Marina Square business district. There are numerous office towers surrounding the centre and house one of the largest shopping mall in Singapore. The lunch time crowd is tremenduous. With the kind support of the Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, we are now able to conduct the open stage perfromance at the lobby of the convention centre with large crowd gathering.
The purpose of the open stage performance is to provide a platform for Asian Harmonica Players to perform in public. This will help promote the harmonica movement in Singapore. It will also be an excellent opportunity for the players to showcase their talent.
